Hi Sarah! Yes, it's still on the market.

Could we see it Saturday morning?

How it works

From their message to your reply, without leaving the thread.

  1. 1Step one

    The message lands.

You are mid-showing, in a listing appointment, or parked outside the next one. A seller wants to know what their home is worth, and answering properly means stopping what you are doing.

Hi! We're thinking about selling this spring.

That's exciting! Happy to help. Where's the home?

22 Birch Lane. We've been there twelve years.

Any idea what it might be worth?

  2. 2Step two

    One screenshot.

A keyboard cannot read your conversation — so Realty Reply does not pretend to. You take the screenshot everyone already knows how to take, and it reads the whole thread from that.

  3. 3Step three

It ranks what to do next.

Not a blank prompt box. Realty Reply reads what they asked, picks from 22 agent actions — offer a market analysis, book the listing appointment, confirm the details — and writes the reply for the one it puts first. It never puts a number on a home it has not seen.

    Your reply. You send it.

Written in your voice, from your own services and details — never a fee, a value or a fact it cannot back up. Realty Reply drafts it and puts it in the box; the send button is still yours, and always will be.

For agents

Built for the way agents actually work.

Realty Reply handles the writing while you handle the showing. Every specialty below is one the app already knows — its services, its questions and the way its clients ask them.

What it writes

One assistant.
Every client conversation.

Realty Reply does not hand you a blank box. It picks from 22 agent actions and ranks the ones that fit what was actually said.

qualify

Qualify the lead

New inquiries arrive vague. Realty Reply answers while the lead is still warm and asks the one question that moves it forward — what they want, where, and whether they are pre-approved.

  • Lead Response
  • Ask What They Want
  • Ask About Pre-Approval

inform

Answer without guessing

Answer from what you know, and promise to confirm what you do not. A fee question gets a conversation, never a number — and “what is my home worth?” gets a market analysis, not a guess.

  • Answer Property Question
  • Confirm & Get Back
  • Handle Fee Question
  • Offer Home Valuation

  • Transaction Update
  • Request Documents
  • Urgent Response

nurture

Stay top of mind

Follow up without chasing, reopen the lead that went cold, and answer a concern properly. Thank the client, ask for the review or the referral while the keys are still new — and point anyone outside your market to an agent who can help.

Sounds like you.
Just faster.

You pick how your business talks once, in setup. Every reply comes out that way — and you can change it on any single message.

Your client says

Honestly, the list price seems high to us.

A message every agent gets. Every tone below answers it with the market, not a guess — and without inventing a single number.

That's a fair question. I'll pull recent comparable sales so you can see how the price stacks up, and we can decide together whether it makes sense to make an offer.

Polished and businesslike, but still human. Avoid corporate jargon.

Everything it handles, in one place.

Thanks for showing us the house today!

My pleasure — great to see you both.

Glad you loved it! I'll confirm the HOA dues with the listing agent and get back to you.

Why not just use ChatGPT

AI built for real estate.
Not a blank chat box.

A general assistant can write anything, which is exactly the problem: you have to explain everything first, on a phone, between showings — and it has no idea what an agent must never put in writing.

Generic AI

  • You write the prompt, every time
  • You explain the situation first
  • Stiff, generic-sounding answers
  • Copy out, switch app, paste in
  • Guesses at prices, fees and facts

Realty Reply

  • Agent actions, ranked for you
  • It reads the thread from a screenshot
  • Warm and concise, never pushy
  • Drafts in the app you are already in
  • Confirms facts instead of inventing them

What we will not do

Your clients’ messages stay yours.

Most of what a reply assistant reads is what your client wrote — and they never agreed to anything. So the careful choice is the only one, and each of these is enforced on the server, not just promised here.

  • It never sends anything

Realty Reply writes the draft and puts it in your message box. Every send is a tap you make.

  • Nothing is kept

No stored conversations, no stored replies, no stored screenshots — and no setting that turns storage on.

  • Nothing is read without a tap

The keyboard never reads while you type. It reads when you ask it to, for the action you asked for.

  • Screenshots are deleted after reading

A photo of a client’s home is not ours to keep. Images go once they have been read.

  • Password fields are refused

The AI panel does not appear in secure or numeric fields — refused before anything renders.

  • Analytics never record what was said

Events carry counts and durations. A database constraint rejects anything shaped like a message.

Who it is for

Made for agents who live on their phones.

Sample copy. Realty Reply has not launched yet, so these are illustrative — not real reviews. They will be replaced with feedback from agents who actually use it.

  • Between showings I'm answering leads with one thumb. This gets me something polished to send in seconds.

FAQ

Questions? Answered.

What is Realty Reply?

An AI reply assistant for real estate agents. It lives in your phone keyboard, reads the client conversation you point it at, and drafts a polished reply in your voice — warm, concise and focused on the next step.

Who is Realty Reply designed for?

Real estate agents — listing agents, buyer’s agents, teams, brokers and the assistants who message clients for them. Whether you mostly sell homes, lease rentals, list luxury properties or work commercial and land deals, it knows the services and questions that come with it.

Why does it need a screenshot?

Because a phone keyboard genuinely cannot read your conversation. On iOS the system returns zero characters of the thread to a keyboard extension, and on Android a messaging thread lives in a list the keyboard cannot see. Rather than pretend otherwise, Realty Reply reads the screenshot you take — one gesture you already know, and it captures the whole thread. You can also paste text or use what you have already typed.

Does it send messages for me?

No, and it never will. Realty Reply writes the draft and puts it in your message box. Reading it and pressing send is always yours.

Does it work with Zillow, Realtor.com and my CRM?

It works anywhere you can type. Because Realty Reply is a keyboard, it is already there in your texts, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages, email, and the messaging inside lead apps and CRMs. Screenshot the inquiry and it drafts a fast, personal first reply. It does not connect to those accounts or read them on its own.

Can it help me follow up with leads?

Yes — it is one of the most used actions. Realty Reply can check in with a buyer who went quiet, reopen a lead that went cold, or nudge a seller about the market analysis you offered, without sounding like you are chasing.

Will it tell clients my commission?

No, never. Realty Reply does not put a commission, fee or percentage in any reply. When a client asks what you charge, it drafts a reply that offers to walk them through how you work — the number is always yours to discuss.

Does it make up property details?

No. It works from what is in the conversation and the details you have given it. When a client asks something it cannot see — taxes, HOA dues, other offers, a deadline — the reply says you will confirm with the listing agent, lender, attorney or title company and get back to them. It never guesses what a home is worth or what to offer; it suggests a market analysis or a walkthrough instead.

How does it handle fair housing?

Carefully. Realty Reply does not describe neighborhoods or the people in them, and it will not steer anyone toward or away from an area. When a client asks about schools, safety or who lives nearby, the reply points them to objective sources they can check for themselves.

What if a client asks about wiring money?

Realty Reply will not write, confirm or repeat wiring instructions. The reply tells your client to verify any instructions by phone with their title or escrow company before they send a thing.

Can it reply in Spanish or other languages?

Yes. It replies in the language your client wrote in — Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Vietnamese and more, 19 languages in all. You can also set a language in Settings, and every reply will be written in it.

What happens to my clients’ messages?

Nothing is kept. Realty Reply does not store your conversations, replies or screenshots: an analysis is dropped within five minutes, screenshots are deleted the moment they have been read, and analytics record what happened rather than what was said. Nothing is sent anywhere until you tap a named action.

Is Realty Reply available on iPhone? Is Android coming?

Both are being built — an iOS keyboard extension and an Android input method. Neither is on the stores yet. The download buttons on this page will go live the moment the listings do.

Spend less time typing.
Spend more time selling.

Polished client replies in seconds, from AI built specifically for real estate agents — and a send button that stays yours.
